Με το άρθρο 1 και μέσω της χορήγησης προσωρινού ΑΜΚΑ, αποκλειστικά για τη διαδικασία εμβολιασμού, ανοίγει ο δρόμος για τη συμμετοχή όλων των συμπολιτών μας.
Ευχαριστώ τον κ. Θεμιστοκλέους και τις υπηρεσίες των εμπλεκόμενων Υπουργείων για την άμεση ανταπόκριση. Η μάχη του έγκαιρου εμβολιασμού πρέπει να κερδηθεί. Έτσι θα κερδίσουμε ξανά την καθημερινότητά και τον τρόπο ζωής μας.

Legislative Regulation for a Temporary AMKA to facilitate COVID-19 vaccine access
On Wednesday, February 24th, I spoke with the Secretary General of Primary Health, Mr. Marios Themistocleous, regarding the vaccination process against COVID-19 for our fellow citizens who do not have a Greek Social Security Number (AMKA). In our conversation, I underlined how important it is for Kefalonia and Ithaca to grant a temporary AMKA to those persons who cannot access the vaccination process.
Yesterday, during the voting of the bill of the Ministry of Development and Investments, the Ministerial Amendment 785-54 / 04.03.2021 was submitted concerning:
«1. Issuance of a temporary AMKA, 2. Carrying out vaccinations against the coronavirus COVID-19 by the EODY in the mental health structures – Amendment of article 58 of law 4764/2020 »
According to Article 1 and through the granting of a temporary AMKA, exclusively for the vaccination process, we can accelerate vaccine access for all our fellow citizens in Kefalonia and Ithaca. The regulation will come into effect, after its publication in the Official Government Gazette.
